. They explained me the whole thing first. My ducts are flexible so they used a different equipment. My son has allergies so he suggested me a UV light that is a liftime solution otherwise i had to do sanitizer every year. He installed UV light next day.

Eddie was great to deal with, he let me know that it was their busy season and that they were booked solid for the next two weeks. I want to thank 313 Local Duct Cleaning Duct Cleaning and Duct Cleaning for their exceptional service. Specifically I want commend Uri for doing a great job of cleaning my ACs, duct and fireplaces, but more importantly for his work ethic in chasing down an intermittent sound when he restarted the main AC. That intermittent noise was the reason for my call to 313 Local Duct Cleaning. What Uri found was a wedge of 2 x 4” that had somehow fallen into the ACs heat exchanger. The wood shows signs of small flames and some notable charring. My home smells cleaner, there’s no noise coming from my AC and I slept with peace of mind.

I decided since they were so honest to go ahead and do the service anyways along with the dryer vent cleaning and deodorizer. 313 Local Duct Cleaning Duct Cleaning came on time and did a great job cleaning the vents and AC. They didn’t overcharge and did the work they said they were going to do without trying to upsell us. The only thing he didn’t mention was the color of the flame on the pilot light. It had been burning yellow so we were advised to get it cleaned, but 313 Local Duct Cleaning didn’t mention one way or another anything about the flame not burning blue so don’t know if he noticed or just didn’t bother to say anything if cleaning was going to fix it anyways..

I spent a week researching different companies to clean my ducts. This company was fantastic, highly recommend them. No extra hidden environmental fees or that unreasonable 45$ service charge for having a high efficiency AC other companies charge.
I had called in a week prior to find out what services were available and when I called in again Eddie remembered who I was. He was very accommodating and made the booking process super easy. In contrast i had to wait over 12 hours to hear back from other service companies and some just emailed me back with no personality what so ever.
When the cleaner showed up he was very professional and friendly. Kevin did a great job of cleaning my ducts and went above and beyond to show me how to install and clean my humidifier. Turns out i was using the wrong filter and instead of pushing me to buy his products showed me where to get a replacement for cheap and what to look for to make sure it was the right one this time around.
Additionally, I got to try out their POWER SANITIZER BENEFECT product which at first I thought would be just a lot of hype. But actually it now feels a lot better in the house and I will be asking for that again in the future.

Absolutely impressed with their sales. Cliff phoned me to give me an estimate and answered my questions professionally. Their starting costs are better than almost everyone else who does the AC and duct cleaning (even the per extra vent cost). The gentleman who came to our home was on time, and got to work right away. He said it would take about an hour and he was right on the money (about and hour and 10 mins). He then notified me about their spray that helps keep dust mites down and can help people with asthma (he mentioned it because it was on sale %50 off). It only took maybe 10 minutes and it smelt pretty good. Absolutely impressed with the service, their response time, their professionalism, and their prices. Would 100% recommend to anyone, especially if they are having deals/sales.

I recently purchased a promotional voucher for a AC cleaning from 313 Local Duct Cleaning Duct Cleaning. Cliff, who i believe is the owner, was great up front in outlining the terms & conditions and making sure I was aware of any additional costs (up to 12 vents). Service times were quite flexible, and overall the AC cleaning was up to my satisfaction. I have a small townhouse so it didn’t take long for them to finish up. Hook ups to the AC was fast. Only thing I was disappointed about was the voucher called for a new AC filter which I did not receive, assuming the tech may have forgot. Overall, the service was acceptable for the price paid for and I would recommend and use these guys again.

313 Local Duct Cleaning

Would definitely recommend. After many google searches, page recommendation searches, phone calls, more looking on the internet for reviews, protocols and terminology, and general price points…I settled on these guys to do all the vents (split level with no basement, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, about 2,000 square feet). And the dryer!!

They gave a preliminary quote over the phone and offered to come on a Sunday when I couldn’t come up with a decent time frame between the kid zooms and activities.

They came during their allotted time scheduled, double masked, answered any and all questions, and happily showed us the debris gotten from the vents (which included a very large and rusty wrench lol). Done in about three hours. Sealed up the holes they had to make nicely (per my googling and visual inspection), and sanitized all vents as well. And vacuumed all areas afterwards.

We’ve been living in our home for about four years and had a mind to do the duct/vent cleaning scenario for awhile. Everything came in at well under $500.

They’re efficient, wore bootie covers without being asked, were super polite and respectful, etc.
