Bought a house and hired 313 Local Duct Cleaning to clean the ducts/AC before moving in. Very professional and educational. Their basic packages are very reasonable in price. I went with a heavy duty cleaning but they said I could go with the basic package from then on. Very happy with the service and will be using them again.
